Job Overview
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. This role requires close collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals, resolve issues, and drive project success. Key Responsibilities
As an e-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
- Resolving issues and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior experience is necessary; data entry experience is a plus
- Strong technical skills, with experience in using online platforms and tools
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
