Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Happiness Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live-chat interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex
- Regularly translating our product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools provided by arenaflex
- Overseeing and moderating translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective customer support strategies and processes
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both Slovakian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
