Job Summary

As a part-time remote Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Data entry and processing
  • Customer service and support
  • Administrative tasks, such as email management and document preparation
  • Communication with clients and customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems + Verify and update existing data as needed + Identify and resolve data discrepancies

  • Customer Service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Provide solutions to customer problems and issues + Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed

  • Administrative Tasks:

+ Manage and respond to emails and other correspondence + Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations + Maintain accurate records and reports

  • Communication:

+ Communicate effectively with clients and customers via phone, email, or chat + Provide clear and concise information to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and computer or mobile device

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and systems
  • Experience with email marketing and social media management
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
