Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, providing solutions to their problems
  • Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, enhancing the customer's shopping experience
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, sharing knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing time and workload
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with experience in CRM software and customer service tools
