Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content team. As a key member of this team, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and inform our content strategy. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights that inform our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication
Good TO-HAVES
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
