The Role of the Customer Experience Concierge

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll play a critical role in delivering superior service to our premium customers visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. You'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceptional
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and making loyal enthusiasts out of our customers
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance our customers' experiences
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our customers' travel needs
  • Accommodating the needs of our customers by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Provide personalized service to premium customers, exceeding their expectations in every interaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, using this knowledge to tailor recommendations to customers' needs
  • Utilize technology platforms to provide assistance and resolve customer issues
  • Adapt to an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible and resilient in the face of challenges

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers

  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every single interaction
  • Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing customers' experiences
  • Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and remain resilient in the face of challenges

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing environment, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $22.12 per hour, plus bonus and benefits
