The Mission:

  • Dive into the digital realm and investigate complex fraud cases using cutting-edge investigation tools
  • Analyze digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones
  • Collaborate with an elite fraud prevention team to stay one step ahead of emerging fraud trends
  • Make the gaming world safer for everyone by identifying and preventing suspicious activities
  • Work with cutting-edge gaming platform and fraud detection technology to make a real impact in the gaming community

Your Daily Tasks:

As a Fraud CSR at arenaflex, your daily tasks will include:

  • Solving complex fraud cases using advanced investigation tools and techniques
  • Analyzing digital footprints to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Collaborating with the fraud prevention team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging fraud trends and technologies
  • Providing exceptional customer service to players who have been affected by fraud
  • Working with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

You're Our Ideal Candidate If:

You have:

  • A detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment
  • 1+ year of technical support experience that proves you speak 'tech'
  • Gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
  • Network troubleshooting abilities
  • Quick learning capabilities for new software and tools
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts like you're teaching a friend
  • English communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
  • The power to maintain composure when facing challenges
  • Available to work 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
  • Schedule flexibility for business needs

Your Remote Work Setup:

To ensure your success as a remote Fraud CSR, you'll need:

  • A private, distraction-free workspace
  • Lightning-fast internet (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage your own network and devices
