Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing CVS data entry operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. You will work closely with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to meet quality targets. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts

  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, including the QM Work Plan exercises
  • Conduct quality reviews and assessments, using data analysis and investigation to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to meet quality targets
  • Complete a variety of on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
  • Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results and help create remedial activity plans
  • Create review tools for all populations and track fulfillment of remedial activity plans
  • Complete information sections on all review tools
  • Participate in the development of burry rater reliability and scoring guidelines
  • Attend quality improvement meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)

  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare or social services
  • Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record experience

  • Quality management evaluating experience or case management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
