Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Specialists to join our team and support our valued customers. This is a part-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our customers with their inquiries, concerns, and provide them with world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with booking, reservations, and changes to their travel plans.
  • Providing information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Handling and resolving customer issues, complaints, and disputes to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer support experience.
