Job Summary

As an E-commerce Support Specialist – Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Shopify store owners and their customers through live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through their purchasing process, and provide detailed product information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide live chat customer support to Shopify store owners and their customers via websites and social media accounts - Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Guide customers through their purchasing process, providing detailed product information and recommendations - Assist with sales inquiries from potential new customers, promoting arenaflex's e-commerce solutions - Collaborate with arenaflex's team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred - 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or e-commerce environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently - Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly - Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed - Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) - Availability to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify - Familiarity with social media platforms and live chat software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
