We're seeking experienced and skilled customer support representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer support representative, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching, and you'll be part of a team that's passionate about setting the standard for world-class customer service.

About the Role

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including:

  • Recommendation of SBS products to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuously improving our products and services, including design, customer experience, and repeat business
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
  • Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
