Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries through live chat interactions
  • Mastering the handling of inquiries across multiple accounts, ensuring high levels of professionalism and accuracy
  • Effectively resolving customer queries and concerns, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed
  • Utilizing a comprehensive guide to frequently asked questions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless support experiences and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

What You Will Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the reassuring voice on the other side of the chat widget, assisting site visitors with a wide range of topics, including:

  • Discount codes and promotions
  • Refund policies and returns
  • Product information and features
  • Technical issues and troubleshooting
  • Account management and setup

You will be equipped with a comprehensive guide to frequently asked questions and backed by a supervisor for tougher inquiries, ensuring that you are well-prepared to handle any situation.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability for 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to meet changing business needs
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
