Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the US. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, initiating outbound calls to follow up with previous contacts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, demonstrating a public-service-oriented approach and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities. - Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts. - Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues. - Create and maintain excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements. - Maintain adequate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Develop an excellent working knowledge of operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities, staying up-to-date with company systems and processes. - Learn program rules of assigned projects to ensure ability to respond to customer service inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills:

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect. - Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- High school degree or equivalent required. - 6-month call center experience preferred, or 1-year customer service experience. - Bilingual (Spanish) is required, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. - Ability to work in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Working Conditions:

- Remote setting, with flexible scheduling between the hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm EST and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm EST. - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
