Our cutting-edge platform, Keep Safe Care Direct, empowers careseekers to find, interview, and hire trusted caregivers with ease. As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our CEO and Executive Staff to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for all our online careseekers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the caregiver recruitment and hiring process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the complete process from both the careseeker (client) and caregiver points of view, including creating a careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll.
  • Providing timely and effective support to careseekers and caregivers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilizing online software tools to manage customer interactions, track progress, and document actions and next steps.
  • Initiating customer contact and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Staff to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of caregiver recruitment and hiring solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support.
  • A working understanding of online software tools and the ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to initiate customer contact and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry.
  • Knowledge of caregiver recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and software tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 per year (base plus bonus), as well as a range of benefits, including:
