Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR)
Textbroker is a digital marketing company expanding into Reddit Brand Marketing. The role focuses on lead generation by identifying prospects, booking qualified meetings, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, creative channels)
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on Reddit presence and brand challenges
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for our sales team
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and track outreach effectiveness
- Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve conversion rates
- Support our Marketing Manager with campaign execution and project coordination
- Assist with case study development, content creation, and demand gen projects
- Handle ad-hoc marketing requests from our EU team (yes, you'll get exposure to international marketing)
- Help build systems and processes as we scale this new service line
Skills
- Have 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or lead gen roles (B2B experience preferred)
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Can write compelling, personalized outreach (not copy-paste templates)
- Are motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
- Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
- B2B experience preferred
- Bonus: You actually use Reddit and understand SEO/GEO
