Investment Operations - Analyst

Petra Funds Group is a rapidly growing Global Private Markets firm providing customized investment and advisory solutions. The Investment Operations Analyst will support the investment operations team in managing transaction and capital markets pipeline execution across various private market asset classes, ensuring organized communication and documentation throughout the investment process.

Responsibilities

• Centralizing data capture and process flows through the client’s proprietary technology platform, SPI
• Harmonizing transaction execution processes across private markets asset classes and strategies
• Enhancing technology solutions supporting the client’s allocation policy
• Centralizing sourcing, management and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools and provider relationships
• Tracking newly raised capital entering the client’s platform
• Adding new capital to the client’s transaction allocation engine
• Facilitating transaction structuring, sourcing financing facilities and implementing hedging programs
• Managing transaction funding logistics to ensure cash availability to close
• Posting final legal closing packages to internal stakeholders when deals have closed
