Job Summary:

Join arenaflex, a global leader in the online advertising industry, as an Experienced Global Activation Lead, Customer and Business Intelligence, Go-To-Market. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Go-to-Market Operations organization, providing insightful review, perspective, and direction on the business strategy and operating performance of arenaflex's global online advertising businesses. As a key member of the team, you will engage on mission-critical projects and work streams that impact multiple areas of arenaflex's business, driving business strategy and bringing advertiser and industry intelligence to ads leaders across the Product, Marketing, and Global Business organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Global Activation Lead, Customer and Business Intelligence, Go-To-Market at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing global activation strategies to increase awareness and actionability of customer and market insights in support of the Global Business Organization's growth drivers and business plan.
  • Collaborating with Global Business, Marketing, and Product organizations to drive cross-functional sponsorship and alignment on activation plans and acting as a subject matter expert of the ads industry and communicating latest industry trends and customer insights to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Driving activation strategy development and execution (e.g., project planning, milestones, pilots/success metrics, and governance).
  • Creating and delivering written communications and presentations tailored to audience levels in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations.
  • Conducting analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, in support of strategic recommendations to increase activation of data and insights.

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Understanding of ads business across arenaflex's product suite (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, etc).
  • Understanding, framing, and solving ambiguous problems, with the ability to drive impact on top strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and influence partner teams and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storylining at the project level.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, data science).

  • Experience working with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Strong understanding of arenaflex's business strategy and operating performance.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing activation of data and insights.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range: $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
