About the Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Customer Support & Sales department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience. Using your expert sales skills, you'll up-sell other products to our customers that best suit their needs, providing them with added peace of mind and ensuring their worlds are kept running smoothly. Your primary objective will be to deliver excellent service during conversations, resolving problems first time and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and online chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Use your sales skills to identify opportunities to up-sell other products to customers that best suit their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving problems first time and exceeding customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* 12 months consecutive sales experience in a targeted environment (not retail)

  • A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to customers, and demonstrate empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

As an Inbound Customer Sales Professional at arenaflex, you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of £23,000 per year, plus uncapped commission structure. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
