As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, while also collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve our goals. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, including HRIS and EC frameworks, to drive business outcomes and improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including fingerprint/personal investigation results and unique mark freedom letters

• Develop and maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Process and analyze data, including FBI fingerprints and database issues
• Plan and execute high-level examinations, custom reporting, and dashboards to drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery
• Audit and verify Unique mark Applications for accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain expertise in cutting-edge tools and technologies, including Succeed and Access

Favored Capabilities and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Clearinghouse database
• Experience with Succeed and Access tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to instruct and train others on government requirements and internal/external processes
