Job Summary:

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our community guidelines and rules. This role requires a strong understanding of online community management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines

• Delete messages made by users that violate our rules and guidelines
• Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules and guidelines
• Mute users who have violated our rules and guidelines
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules and guidelines
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of online community management principles and best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Discord and its features
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience as a community manager or moderator in a online community

• Knowledge of community guidelines and moderation policies
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience with customer service and support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
