Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and customer engagement through our cutting-edge software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, using our intuitive software to facilitate seamless communication and transactions.
  • Engage with customers in real-time, responding to inquiries, and encouraging them to place orders.
  • Close sales directly on the chat, using our system to send invoices and finalize transactions.
  • Collaborate with our sales management team to ensure a smooth handover of leads, with each customer assigned to a dedicated sales manager for follow-up via phone calls.
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales targets and overcome any challenges.
