Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Secure all necessary trailing documents from customers to ensure compliance
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers and follow up on their inquiries
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and provide prompt responses to customer queries
  • Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
  • Take premium payments from customers and process transactions accurately
  • Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell our financial products and services
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information to ensure data accuracy
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring timely communication with our clients
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
