Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and adapting to changes in the market and our business.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is preferred).
Requirements
To work as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- To live within the state of Texas.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position).
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
