What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, including resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Utilizing proficient computer skills, including managing information in multiple windows, typing while talking, and utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
  • Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT – for more information, click here.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
  • Confidence using a computer
  • Be 18-years-old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
