About the Role
As a Data Analyst for our remote Aetna projects, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your analytics expertise to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and measure results, ultimately leading to better health outcomes for those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, disparities, and areas for improvement Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data visualizations to support business intelligence Create reports and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven interventions Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging best practices in data analysis and healthcare Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2-3 years of experience with SQL database programming 2-3 years of experience working with data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI 2-3 years of analytics experience working with large datasets A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
