Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Remote Customer Care Representatives to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that each interaction is resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction. As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing accurate information regarding flights, reservations, and policies

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements
