  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers as needed
  • Utilizing various tools, such as Facebook Messenger, to engage with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
