Job Summary As a United Airlines Remote Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making travel arrangements, and resolving issues related to flight bookings, ticketing, and travel documentation. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to flight bookings, ticketing, and travel documentation. Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and provide personalized travel recommendations to customers. Utilize airline systems and technology to access and manage customer information, flight schedules, and travel documentation. Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Requirements: To be successful as a United Airlines Remote Reservation Agent, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, or travel industry) preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, travel industry, or a related field; experience with airline systems and technology a plus.
