Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 6 months of call center experience.
