+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred) + Ability to work from home with a dedicated office space, computer, internet connection, and headset + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
