[Remote] Division Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Division Analyst to enhance operational efficiency within the division. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, ensuring adherence to processes, and identifying areas for improvement while providing daily operational support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze team productivity and performance metrics to identify trends and areas needing improvement
- Develop and disseminate process updates and guidelines to the team through clear and concise email communications, including infographics
- Track team adherence to established processes and conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards
- Oversee attendance records and facilitate monthly performance evaluations to ensure consistent team performance
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions
- Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth and efficient team operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Industrial Engineering is a plus but not required
- Minimum of 6 months in office administration or a role related to process improvement
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in creating operating procedures; experience in office administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams
