[Remote] Associate Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Envision Horizons is a global marketplace growth agency specializing in Amazon and other major retail media networks. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to support Account Managers with operations, client communication, and project coordination in the e-commerce and digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas and capturing key action items
• Provide daily updates and communicate with client brands via Slack and email
• Coordinate creative briefs between clients and internal creative teams
• Support tactical tasks such as inventory tracking, product listing updates, and data entry
• Help monitor client account performance and flag issues or opportunities
• Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure exceptional client service

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Internship or prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency environment
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace platforms
• Experience with Slack, project management tools, or creative briefing
