Macro is a recognised global specialist in facilities management, and they are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-impact administrative and business development support to the Regional Director of Operations Americas. The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional to manage complex calendars, support sales initiatives, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, and follow-up documents
  • Organize business development activities including pipeline updates, client and prospect meetings, and proposal logistics
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications
  • Handle confidential data with integrity and compliance
  • Support the execution of key initiatives within growth agendas
