[Remote] Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is seeking an Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Oracle Fusion HCM modules and assist in configuration, testing, and functional activities. The role involves analyzing HR business requirements, providing support, and preparing documentation to facilitate system implementation and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Supported Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent) by assisting in configuration, testing, and day-to-day functional activities
- Analyzed HR business requirements and helped translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions under senior consultant guidance
- Participated in end-to-end HCM processes including data uploads, validations, and basic system setups using Oracle tools
- Assisted in functional testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution to ensure system accuracy and compliance
- Provided L1/L2 support by troubleshooting user issues, managing service tickets, and coordinating with technical teams
- Prepared functional documentation, user guides, and process flows to support system implementation and user adoption
