Recruiter
SEV Laser is one of the fastest-growing aesthetic medical spa brands in the country, seeking a driven and organized Recruiter to support their rapid growth. The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across various roles, partnering closely with leadership to elevate the candidate experience and manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across admin, clinical, corporate, and field operations
- Manage high-volume hiring across multiple states and locations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, and start dates
- Maintain accurate hiring data in our ATS
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience
- Support ongoing growth initiatives as SEV continues to expand nationally
Skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (healthcare, retail, or multi-location environments a plus)
- Strong sourcing and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- High sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism
- Passion for building teams and supporting growth
