Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries. You will also assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations, resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner, and record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries
  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner
  • Recording and managing customer information and interactions in our CRM system
  • Staying updated on arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
