You will also assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations, resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner, and record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
