Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Content & Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our web and cloud applications. You'll work closely with our Channel Projects Advancement and Customer Deals Enablement teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement content strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform content and customer experience decisions
  • Develop and maintain style guides, content libraries, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Participate in fast prototyping and testing to ensure timely and effective delivery of content and customer experiences
  • Work with IT and Product Management teams to develop and implement technical solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in content development and customer experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through content and customer experience strategies
  • Strong understanding of Apple products, features, and applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Director and other customer experience tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • High energy, proactive, and enthusiastic about customer experience and driving business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Experience working in a geo-diverse environment
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX and digital marketing principles
  • Experience with customer experience analytics and metrics
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
