Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Computer with an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
  • USB headset and webcam
  • At least one 15" or larger monitor
  • Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, have manual dexterity, and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
