Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on resolving customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
