As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our experts to ensure seamless data migration, inventory management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – SAP Implementation and Process Optimization, you'll be responsible for:

  • SAP Data Migration: Recreate task lists in SAP using new cost centers, ensuring accurate data transfer and cross-referencing.
  • Inventory Management: Relabel stock room materials with updated stickers, organizing and tracking inventory.
  • Work Center Creation: Establish new work centers for MSE, MSM, and department operations, copying from existing centers and verifying cost centers and plant codes.
  • Maintenance Plan Updates: Modify cost centers and planning plants on maintenance plan items, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Purchase Order Cleanup: Collaborate with buyers to clean and close old purchase orders before the end of the year.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Data Entry Experience: Proficiency in data entry and typing, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and process issues.
  • Communication: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • SAP Experience: Prior experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with:

  • SAP Certification: SAP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Process Improvement: Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management systems and processes.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $12.12 - $17.31/hr.
