They are seeking a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional service and technical support for client products and services, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries using a structured call flow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and other client products
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of customer interactions in databases
  • Cultivate positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technology
  • Comfortable working in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Availability to work during operational hours: 8 am - 11:30 pm EST, with a rotating schedule based on performance
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
