Financial Services Representative - Towson, MD
Fidelity Investments is seeking Financial Services Representatives who are passionate about helping people. In this role, you will support customers over the phone, gain essential licenses, and participate in a comprehensive training program while preparing for a career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
- Discover Success: Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
