They are seeking a TeleSales Specialist to connect with warm leads and guide clients in choosing appropriate coverage options through a proven virtual sales process.
Responsibilities
- Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads by phone or Zoom
- Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs and budget
- Follow our proven virtual sales process — no guesswork
- Participate in daily Zoom trainings (11 AM–12 PM EST)
- Track and reach personal income goals
- Stay coachable and communicate with your mentor team
Skills
- Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline to work remotely and stay consistent
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Laptop, phone, and internet connection
