Responsibilities
- Professionally interacting with clients to take care of their financial needs
- Providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing
- Skilled in customer conversations, asking questions to determine the best solutions to meet the financial needs of our customers
Skills
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- 1 year experience successfully providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
