Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in processing the inflow of fund documents received via email and portals. As a Data Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios, conducting thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and communicating effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed. Responsibilities

As a Data Operations Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accessing fund-related documents from various sources, including emails and online portals
• Accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios
• Following client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents
• Conducting thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Communicating effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed
• Meeting targets for email/document throughput as established by your direct manager/supervisor

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced professional role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, administration, or a similar role
• Knowledge/experience within the financial services industry
