Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Technician – Database Management and Customer Information Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with other team members and supervisors to ensure that best practices are shared and implemented across the organization
• Procuring data through observation, interviews, and analysis of records and other sources, utilizing electronic equipment to gather and process information
• Maintaining databases by entering new and updated records and related information, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Verifying data and preparing materials for pdf printing, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Purging files to eliminate duplication of data, maintaining data integrity and reducing errors
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a strong understanding of database management and customer information systems
• 3+ years of experience with MS Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 60 words per minute
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
