We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a R ecruiting Sourcer 5 . This will be a fully remote position , and will be 4 -month contract role with the potential to exten d . We are looking for individuals that have experience with research and sourcing acumen to focus on talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent that align with key company priorities. This role will flex across multiple business groups and proven experience in more than one industry or technical vertical is required. Experience with executive level recruiting in the technology field is helpful for this role. This individual will be responsible for performing scrupulous research, industry calibration, and reference checking to make sure we are targeting top talent in the external market. Extensive experience developing and executing candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent is needed to be successful. This includes directly sourcing candidates, building relationships for the long term with an emphasis on diversity. Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft productivity tools as well as iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting app and research extensions is needed as part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent aligned with key company priorities.
• Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in more than one industry or technical vertical.
• Perform in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checks to ensure targeting of top talent in the external market.
• Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of executive talent.
• Source candidates directly and build long-term relationships with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
• Utilize Office 365, Microsoft productivity tools, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting apps and research extensions to support talent acquisition efforts.
• Focus on executive-level recruiting, with experience in the technology field considered a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Software Engineering (Enterprise or Hyper-scaler Grade) AND/OR Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center / Cloud Infrastructure experience
• 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruiting CRM systems.
• Experience with the technology industry required.
• Experience with executive recruiting is preferred with an executive search agency or corporate team.
• Software Engineering (Enterprise or Hyper-scaler Grade) AND/OR Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center / Cloud Infrastructure experience

Pay Range

• The pay range for this position is $ 5 8 .4 6 to $ 68.62 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
