Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media platforms - Respond to incoming inquiries from customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions - Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product information and promotions to potential buyers - Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and sales conversion - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members - Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth - Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions - Reliable internet connection and a device able to access these platforms (phone, tablet, or laptop) - Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications
