About the Role: Customer Service Support for Leading Cruise Lines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to cruise line customers and travel agent partners via phone, email, or chat

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
