Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through chat and email support. Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Service Representative - Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and responding to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
  • Creating, adding, editing, and troubleshooting within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining and promoting a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals
  • Upselling relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Amazing customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English
  • 18+ years old to apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
